We allow a maximum of 5 people (excluding infants and children below 10 years) to stay in 2 BHK house, while only 3 people (excluding infants and children below 10 years) are allowed to stay in 1 BHK house. During check-in, please provide proof of the number of guests, as we do not allow any extra guests or visitors to stay. If you have any such requests, please notify the house owner.
We understand that losing a house key can be frustrating. Therefore, please take care of the key during your stay. However, if the key is lost, a charge of Rs.2000 will be levied.
We do not allow pets inside the premises to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
We request you to maintain a peaceful environment to avoid any disturbance to the neighbours. Therefore, please refrain from making any noise or causing any disturbance. We do not permit alcoholic drinks inside the premises, and smoking is strictly prohibited
Please leave your footwear in the shoe stand to keep the house clean. Please keep the house as clean as possible.
We provide car parking on an availability basis. If there is no parking space available within the compound, cars can be parked outside the premises. –
We encourage you to save electricity and water by switching off unnecessary lights and fans and using water sensibly. The water heater switch will be kept on till 10:00 A.M. After that, it will be switched on only on request basis
If you require cleaning inside the house during your stay, a one-time cleaning cost of Rs.150 per cleaning will be charged. Food delivery and couriers should be collected at the main gate.
We request you to take care of the bed covers and pillow covers to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Any stains found on bed covers or pillow covers will be charged. Any physical damage to the property or missing items as per the checklist will also be charged.
We request you to segregate wet and dry waster and dispose of the garbage in the Corporation Dust Bin outside the premises to maintain cleanliness
Our establishment maintains a strict policy about the acceptance of couples. In order to ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require that both partners possess valid identification cards, which must include proof of address. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate couples who are under the age of nineteen and possess local identification cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
